Meet Brandi, Your Upstate Guide
I’m proud to call Powdersville home, where my husband and I are raising our three children, Britton, London, and Camdon. We’ve been together for 14 years, and we truly love living in the Upstate. On our days off, you’ll usually find us enjoying the lakes, mountains, beautiful scenery, and all the little things that make this area such a special place to live.
My connection to the Upstate goes back much further than my real estate career. I grew up in Travelers Rest, with one set of grandparents in Greenville and the other living at the base of Table Rock in Pickens. In my early twenties, I also lived in Spartanburg and worked in Gaffney. Because of that, I’ve experienced so many different parts of the Upstate firsthand - not just as a REALTOR®, but as someone who has actually lived, worked, and built a life here.
For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes throughout Upstate South Carolina. My approach to real estate is very relationship-focused. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, understand what is happening throughout the process, and know they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about the outcome.
Before real estate, I spent time working in customer service and the restaurant service industry, and as a young adult I also taught violin lessons. Those experiences taught me a lot about communication, patience, listening, and meeting people where they are - all skills that have carried over naturally into the way I work with my real estate clients.
Buying or selling a home can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time, and I believe a big part of my job is making the process easier to understand and less stressful.
My experience includes everything from first-time buyers and relocation clients to luxury homes, lake and equestrian properties, downsizing, new construction, and representing sellers with thoughtful, market-aware guidance. Because I know the Upstate so well, I also enjoy helping clients compare different communities and find the area that best fits the way they want to live.
Outside of real estate, I love horses, being outdoors, and spending time with my family. I also have a musical side - I played French horn in marching band in high school and violin for many years. Those pieces of my life may seem unrelated to real estate, but I think they say a lot about who I am: I value patience, attention to detail, connection, and being part of something bigger than myself.
Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to the Upstate, searching for something special, or preparing to sell, I’m here to guide you through every step with experience, local knowledge, and a personal approach. My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident from our first conversation all the way to closing.
